I ORDERED 4 CARTONS OF L&M KING SIZE CIGARETTES FROM YESMOKE.CH.ON NOV.8TH,2004. I NEVER RECIEVED MY ORDER. MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED FOR THE SALE. I SENT E-MAILS TO YESMOKE AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY. EITHER WANT MY MERCHANDISE OR MY MONEY BACK.

I have dealt with yesmoke for about 2yrs. and had no problems. Even after R.J. Reynolds butted in I was recieving my orders. Then in November of 2004 I did not recieve any orders, and tried to contact yesmoke, via E-Mail. I've never recieved any of the three orders or an answer to my E-Mails. But my credit cards have been billed and paid. What is a person to do?
