HI,

I just wanted to warn every one from makeing a mistake and joining yor.com or yor health product. I meet a really good looking guy on the street name Chris Rodriguez not sure if that is really his name. So he told me to go to starbucks and meet up with him to talk about the business which i thought was weird. But i just fell in love with his dreamy green eyes. But he just was talking on and on and I couldn't tell if he knew it was a scam but he was all pumped about selling a no-frills version of what everyone is advertising like mad right now. VOIP! Priced up there with the name brands but without all the enhanced features, free phones/wifi phones/routers or specials. Just the outdated box Vonage used to give away but for an extra $70 or more. Is there such a thing as direct marketing when something much better is popping up in your face every five seconds? Of course not. The sole purpose of direct marketing is to create, produce and market your own unique products. Anyone knows it would be insanely stupid to work an MLM against any competition. Much less, being an ant in an elephant march that's gaining more elephants day by day. It's an insult to one's intelligence to even imply the possibility of making riches near minimum wage.

These people have been 'in business' for some 7+ years and avoiding recognition (from the law?) by changing names constantly and moving all over, but still they have been internet related all that time and there have been no loyal customers or reputable reviewers whatsoever touting the products. No money is coming in from that but they are tricked into buying it themselves like classic pyramid schemes described by the FTC. It's just common services that they have licensed from another company. I followed it back to cognigen.com which has more services with a free rep signup. A perfect pyramid scheme product without spending anything. So the $390 is for a few boxes to get a jump start generating revenue? No. All of it is distributed up the pyramid. That $390 gives you no product to sell and make money from.

The 'business' is not on any MLM list because of the simple fact that it does not qualify as one. The 'product' will never even be at the bottom of the many VOIP review sites and is obviously just there to slip under the legal radar and get naive kids right out of high school to think it's legit.

Sadly most give up college, friends, future and everything they own to live with 50 others, working minimum wage, have no money and their only material possessions are some nice suits. They were very happy with a positive attitude though. I'll give them that.

First I like to say he has tagged many different names of which I am not affiliated with I am an independet distributor of YOR Health Products. This person actually got involved with a different company. Yes it was the same co-founders. I checked. But the other company I beleive resold VOLP and wireless. He was not involved in the new company YOR Health. Here is the website www.yorhealth.com/just_me_dwill.

I have a facebook page (((Redacted)))  which has videos with testimonials and pictures of customers who love the products.I also have a page on blackplanet (((Redacted))) I can honestly say they are great. I can also honestly say that I received a check for the very first week I was in the company and other distributors on my team received checks and we still are. This is also documented with video and pictures. I am not saying it was a huge check or I got one every week. I not going to say I got rich. To date I have been involved with the company just over two months. I have done more in this MLM than any other. But if you get in follow the training you will make money. As time goes on you get better and you get better results.

I understand he feels scammed and can empathise with him. This is not my first try at MLM network marketing. The very first I tried was Amway. the products were good but I did not make any money. But when I look back at it I did not put in enough effort. I also tried to make money in an old way of calling all my friends and family and trying to get them to join. I also did not have the support of my upline. In Yor Health not only do I get the support of my upline but I have gotten support from people not even in my group and training. There are other methods which are more affective which don't make your friends avoid you and stop you from being invited to dinner and family functions.

In any MLM you are only as good as your effort applied to the training received. If your sponser just got in and does not know what he is doing and you have know training then you will be just as lost as them. If you want a sponser to teach you about the products the proper use so you can get the results you need than contact me. If you want to come in and do it at a business then let me sponser you and teach you how to get others in your business without bothering family and friends. You friends will eventually come asking you when they see the results in your body and pockets.

This report is in error because it is a different company. Also the founder was sued for behavior of an independent rep that falsely gave out information to make people think it was a get rich quick program (I demand that the author provide some proof that the transactions/event really happened and in what company he actually was in. Also he should does state who was his sponser and what exactly was told to him about income. I am positive it was against the income disclosure statement that everyone signs and is given a copy of when they enroll. There are plenty business that start new ventures with new names with different products and some even the same products and no one says they are hiding from the law. The owners of the Gap rebranded itself with Banana Republic no one is complaining about that.

If he decides to give it another try with me and give an honest effort I guarentee he would not make this statement.

In reference to the cars some of them are leased for business and tax purposes but some are owned. It is obvious this person got involved in business with very little understanding of it at all. Its a good thing it was a MLM were the investment is hundreds of times smaller than traditional business or franchise start-up. For those of you doing your homework researching and want a good start join me and my team we work together. Also just by the existence of companies like Amway, Herballife it proofs that MLM companies are not scams.

ONCE AGAIN I REPEAT go to my Facebook page. (((Redacted)))

I am sorry you got ripped off or did not understand what what you were getting into. You have a law suit and you will probaly get something out of it because its against Dennis Wong not the person who gave you the false information. He probaly will settle out of court you will have made more than others that way and you probaly did not even try to work the system. Honestly its looks like you are the one doing the scam. I hope you get some releif because there are plenty of honest reps out there working the program. God Bless you.
