Paul and Tim have worked this out with me. Paul had someone else from his company repaint the pool deck and Tim is planning to clean the paint from the pool's interior surface once the pool water temperature has warmed some.
I'm satisfied with the results and regret that I had to share my experience here to get this resolved. I believe that Tim and Your Coating Guys would have acted sooner had they known that Tim hadn't addressed the issue. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact them were unsuccessful.

Paul LaChance contacted me today and came to my house for a visit with Tim to inspect the work Tim completed last summer.
After they inspected the work, Paul offered to send Tim over on Monday to repaint my deck and clean the paint from the sides of my pool. He stated that he will email me an agreement which will include a 1-year guarantee for the job.
Both Paul and Tim conducted themselves professionally.
I will update this report again after I give them a chance to resolve the issue amicably.

Mr LaChance, I'm pleased that you're aware of these claims.
Everyone else, here's the factual references to corroborate my claims.
Paul employed his brother when he contracted the work at on my property. Tim was representing Your Coating Guys and left contact information to the like. When I contacted Tiffany, she had Paul call me back. Paul spent nearly 15 minutes boasting like a proud peacock and left the conversation with a promise to me that he would have Tim rectify the problems with his work. Tim called me back and promised to fix everything. That's the last I heard from either of them. I've never been able to reach Tim since. He has refused to respond to numerous emails. The next time I see his face will be in court.
