I received notice I need the mail of "free dinner invitation" for attending a seminar. Stated it was about real estate and how to buy/sell without your own money.

Arrived at Embassy Suites Conference Center (Norman, OK) for 6 om seminar. Speaker was extremely suave and targeted the audience with promises of making money without using your own.

Presentation was very well versed and scripted. The speaker had tables set up with several "workers" looking busy on computers and phones. During presentation,  speaker shared about him coming from humbled beginnings and thinking about money from "paycheck to paycheck mentality." He re-emphasized to the audience of the need to "do something" or "expect nothing." Shop pallet rushed through various slides, throwing up phrases to capture the audiences attention. While I was listening,  and admittedly becoming overly excited about the potential for new found financial relief, my girlfriend began Googling the company. This is when we read the report.

Towards the end,  the speaker had convinced several people that a small investment of $1997 would guarantee a sacred spot in an upcoming 3 day training. If members of the audience acted right now, we could secure a place in this training. They promised 12 months of support and all kinds of other financial goodies. I was unaware of my girlfriend's Google Search and rushed over to speak with one of the workers. When I started asking questions,  the worker said in a snide,  sarcastic tone, "He explained it 4 times. Didn't you listen?" I told him he was being a d**k about it. The guys name was "Jeb." He was a muscled up, handsome guy with a devilish grin. As I turned around, I heard,  "Funk in cheap lower." When I went back to my seat I was fuming. That's when my girlfriend showed me the ripoff report. As we sat and listened, everything I had read in the report was being acted out right in front of me....right down to them telling the audience that the 3 Day training will give you enough to do a deal in 30-45 days.

The presenter promised time to ask questions but not in an open forum for sake of saving time and giving as much information as possible. The speaker was convoluted and confusing for the most part. He had a middle aged black woman come to the front and give testimony of how wonderful the system works. During her testimony,  he skilfully guided her through questions to shore up his claims of financial gains. She was supposed to answer questions but was quickly escorted back to where the "workers" were.

The dinner was a cold sandwich with chips, stale cookies and condiments. Water was available outside and you got your own. I became real apparent this was a scam. They wanted or money right then. If you signed up for the 3 day training, you got recognized to the others.  If you didn't, you were talked down upon.

Sadly enough, several people gave their money away. We (my girlfriend & I) wrote down some information & pawed it along to others. At least we got a cold meal before we left. Please pass it on... This company is not about helping,  it's about guiltily people or of their life savings. Help stop them....for heaven's sake help stop the craziness.
