This company is the most unscrupulous rip off entity I have ever dealt with. I ordered a magnetic mesh screen from them. I put a two day rush on it. THE NEXT WEEK, I still hadn't received it and made an email inquiry as to why I had not received it, and that I did expect the shipping to be refunded to the appropriate amount since it did not get there within the two days. I get an email back saying they can change it to two day shipping. Now why would it need to be changed to two day shipping when I already PAID for two day shipping?!!
THEN, I get an email saying that I needed to correct my address. When I went to correct it, I was puzzled as to WHY it needed to be fixed since they had the RIGHT address. I get an email back saying it's been updated and will be shipped out. That was two days ago.
TODAY, I get an email saying that the product is backordered until May. I wrote them an email and demanded my money back. I have yet to hear from them. After having this problem, I went online and saw hundreds of complaints about this company. I cannot believe they are even able to be in business. It's pretty disgusting. I am going to keep hounding them until I get my money back, but I wanted to tell everyone about them and hope that everyone steers clear of this site, because they are nothing but crooks!
