I'm not sure where to start so I'll start by letting you know that the trip I booked through yourcancunvaction.com was the absolute worst trip I've ever purchased or experienced in my life. The original purchase of the trip in December on the tenth day of 2007 with agent Lola Florez was the beginning of my nightmare.

After speaking with Ms. Florez who convinced me to purchase the package to a All Inclusive Resort in Puert Vallarta, Mexico at the original resort we picked together.

This was intended to be a Christmas gift which never arrived in time, then after trying to contact her regarding the package I was informed that the resort would not be available.

Finally after speaking with several reps I was directed to Angela at ext.642 who forwarded me to Shavon who then passed me to Remy at ext. 631 who informed me of yet another change and another charge that was not included in the original inquiry.

Finally after a month of excuses and transfers they agreed to resend the package which I still NEVER received before departing for Mexico. On February 8th only 3 days before departure I was called to confirm the date and pay even more money, which by this time has me FURIOUS, then to add insult to injury once we arrive in Mexico and get to the Motel with food that they had the gall to label a resort I was really appalled.

Unfortunately I had no phone service and was forced to wait till morning to call and complain and try to salvage what was left of my Valentines Day getaway, and even after calling and speaking with Remy and other associates nothing was done to accommodate me. I was put on hold for several minutes and promised a call-back which I NEVER received and was forced to call several more times at $1.99 a minute roaming, this is unacceptable I don't know how any company that treats customers with such poor service could continue to sell trips or vacations on-line or any where for that matter.

At this point I am requesting a FULL refund and hope for your cooperation in this matter, I have taken the liberty of collecting names, numbers and emails from other guest in the "resort" that were handled the same way and took pictures of the property before checking out on February 12th 2008. The place was a disgrace and the service I got was not much better, I engorge you to help me resolve this issue before I am forced to take it any further.
