Yukon Flowers & Gifts ripoff, flowers were expensive and not up to professional quality Yukon Oklahoma
My wife and I used Yukon Flowers and Gifts for some of our wedding flowers, her bouqet and my boutineer. Because this is a small shop they are not open on Sunday's, the day of our wedding so we had to pick up the flowers the day before. My wife saw the bouquet and asked that they add some extra roses to it to make it a bit larger, something the manager told her would be possible when she picked up the flowers. The on duty staff were very rude and stated that the flowers matched the order.
Next, they brought out my boutineer. First it was not the style that she wanted and second it was wilting, not just a little dry, I mean it was black around the edges and petals were falling off. When asked they claimed that it was "just the nature of the rose" and didn't want to redo it, almost made us pay for another one.
When my wife ordered the flowers she was told a throw away bouquet would come with hers, it didn't and we ended up buying a dozen roses at walmart and putting them together ourselves and they looked better than her "professional" one.
I called the manager when we got back from our honeymoon to try to resolve my complaints and she basically told me that she was sorry but what did I want her to do about it. She blamed my wife for being rude to her staff(she wasn't I was there). I posed one question to her, why would we pay nearly $200 for these flowers when I got some at the walmart down the street for $5.00 that looked better. Her response, your order wasn't $200.00, I said ok $170.00 then and thats alot closer to $200, than $100.
Long story short. Rude Staff, Poor quality Roses DON"T USE THEM or they'll ruin yuour day too.
