Placed an order for $65.00 on 2/9/07. On 2/16/07 I called the company since I could not log in to check on tracking of my order. CS rep gives me my customer # and says that my order was held for a few days since I am a new customer, but it was now on it's way and I should be able to check the status of tracking w/in 24-48 hours.

After 3 days I emailed their CS and was told that my order was still being held due to being a new customer and I was not eligable for thier 90 days pay off, that I should have rec'd a letter stating that I would have to pay for the merchindise before it would be sent.

I replied that NO ONE at any time had told me that until now-10 days after the order was org. placed. They apoligized and offered again to have me pay in full and they would ship. So I called the company and gave my cc info to the CS rep and asked if I would be billed twice? He said No, definatly not. (we shall see).

Then on 2/24/07 I recive the above mentioned letter from their CSR saying that they can not process my order. Not only do I get this letter that is dated 2/12/07, I get another one; exactly the same dated 2/15/07 both delivered on the same day.

So anyhow, here I am thinking that my order should be here in 8-10 days, but I still can't track the order. Thier link to the USPS tracking service states that the tracking # provided is not on file. So I copy a screen shot of this info and email the company again on 2/27/07.

Thier reply today is that the items DID ship on 2/21/07 as thier web site states, but that usps does not have the info yet? WTH??? 6 days later and they dont have the info?

And then all of a sudden just a few mins ago I checked again and the USPS web site states that the tracking info for the shipment was electronicaly rec'd today 2/28/07 and the packing is waiting for pickup by USPS.

Good God! What a run around.

The seemed like such a cool company to buy from and have some neat perks ie: free gifts w/ purchase and free shipping. But it really isnt worth it. I have been waiting on my package for 20 days now. I could have drove to Canada and picked it up in that ammt of time. :(

It would take a lot to make me order from this company again, and I am going to tell my friends not to order as well. I had 3 other people that were wating to see what my stuff was like before they placed large orders as well.
