Have you ever bought something on EBay but right after you sent the payment for one reason or another got suspended by EBay?
And seller took advantaged on you not sending your merchandise because you no longer have the EBay Account. And EBay will not do anything to help you recover your lost Especially if you paid by Money Order!!!
Well, that happened to me.
I purchased 2 iBook Laptops in September 15th and 16th 2009 from EBay Seller ID east_coast_macs owned by Zachary Bender of 3804 Portofino Ct. Apt. 206 Wilmington, NC 28412. Who also owned EBay ID flowerfarmer178.
First seller told me he has to wait till the Western Union Money Orders to clear which took more than 10 days.
Second he kept insisting that he sent the laptops but till this day (October 22, 2008) I have not received the 2 laptops he said he sent and can't provide a tracking number.
I took the Better Business Bureau advice and send Zachary Bender an email and again told me the laptops were sent but still can't provide tracking number.
As the moment I am waiting for Better Business Bureau to help me result this problem with East Coast Macs/Zachary Bender. And my next step is to take East Coast Macs/Zachary Bender to Small Claim Court in which I will.
So if you come across a guy name Zachary Bender of east_coast_macs/flowerfarmer178 or whatever EBay ID he have
Beware. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY !!!!

Wow... So many Rip Off from Zachary Bender and He still doing so... DO NOT BUY OR SELL THIS GUY ANYTHING! HIS EBAY IDs (east_coast_macs and flowerfarmer178)

I sold Zachary Bender my broken macbook on ebay and once he received it he demanded his money back because I did not list all the problems...well i gave him a refund and it took him months before he returned me the laptop and when I received it he had taken out the hard drive and extra ram memory which was included with the laptop. Screws were also missing from the macbook. when I contacted him regarding this issue he never wanted to respond back. I think I didnt even get back the original laptop I had sold him. He is very irresponsible and
