Varning för Zen Spa Karlaplan Stockholm. Man blir nonchalant och otrevligt bemött av personalen. De klantar sig med bokningen de har gjort, men tycker inte att de behöver be om ursäkt eller erbjuda en annan tid med rabatt som godwill. Jag har tagit ledigt och åkt dit, men tji fick jag för det.
Jag har hört att fler råkat ut för liknande, så det här är verkligen en varning för ett oseriöst företag. Även om jag fick en tid gratis nu skulle jag inte ta den, så otrevlig var han. Det finns massor av trevliga ställen i stan, välj nåt annat!
