Zenni sent a pair of glasses with the wrong prescription(confirmed by a local optometrist). They refused to send me a working pair.They refused to refund all of my money. They will not even pay for return shipping so I can recieve a partial refund. They have yet to send me a return authorization so I can send them back for a partial refund(if they approve it) despite two requests via phone and email. I feel like I have been stolen from and have no recourse other than hiring a lawyer to handle it. Of course that is not worth the $60 spent.
