John Baxter and Kevin Kemp the founders and owners of Zero Gravity are outright thiefs.
they take credit card payments and donot ship their product at all. they wont return or answer any calls.
They paid Terry Bradshaw and Davie Johnson to be spokes men for them, I guess in an effort to legitimatize zero Gravity.
This company and it's founders, Kevin Kemp and John Baxter had no intention on shipping the product. they are a complete SCAM!!!!! they are theifs without guns!!!!

Thanks for a great write up Kevin this will look great in court. Especially when the IP address gets back to you, with these false claims!!! You and your girl friend that stole the site, look up zerogravitybed.com llc, it comes back to Kevin Kemp & Katerina Fedatova a month after you went to jail and stole the domain name.

Kevin was the Internet Marketer behind the company and created the brand, site, process and hired the staff including me. I have known Kevin for 14 years. John is a mattress salesman who approached Kevin with the idea of selling the beds online. The company sold over a million dollars in 3 months. This positioned the company for a possible buyout of the the company by the product manufacturing company.
Then when they were on the brink of selling the company for 3.5 million dollars, John Baxter tried to cut the deal on his own in private. This alerted the buyer to problems and shut down the deal.
As a result of his behavior, John Baxter was cut out of the company and website, but not before he drained most of the money out of it... I ran the office there the entire time and watched as John got nervous and greedy when the deal to sell was in negotiations. Here is what he did...
John Baxter took control of and emptied the bank accounts and even took a loan on receivables and transferred that money to a new business account he created without telling anyone.
John Baxter was the CEO - John had control of the money enough to where he took money out of the company and used it to pay for his home and car.
Since then John made many false reports and claims about many people.
Obviously this behavior has cost John dearly. Since this happened 3 years ago and it still has some effect on him. It should have!
It cost me my job and I am a single mom.
This particular case was a simple mattress return and this person seems to have blown it out of proportion. It happened while John was still at ZeroGravity, John Baxter took all the money out of the company and ran!

The site was illegally compromised by Kevin Kemp, however you would like to say it, the domain name was stolen by Kevin Kemp during the time of your response to the company. He is a real winner with the conviction of trademark infringement from another web domain he stole for verification. AC Direct vs Kevin Kemp pretty much tells the story.
I agree with your comment a thief without a gun, its just to bad that in this country people can get away with doing this. And since he took over the domain name and server, and change the phone number I no control to what happened after that mess.
