Zerorez, empowered water Danger! Zerorez empowered water contains sodium hydroxide! Omaha Nebraska
Bad experience all the way around. Aside from the rude technician and the substandard work he did, this company is based on terribly misleading information. I thought from talking to them, that they just used purified water. Nope. The "empowered water" they say has no harmful chemicals has a decent level of Sodium Hydroxide. This is a TOXIC chemical, made by a chemical company, and Zerorez does not hold the patent on this empowered water a.....wait for it.........CHEMICAL company (EAU Chemical Technologies) does. The whole paper trail is exposed on zerorezcomplaints.com if you want the info. There are also a bunch of links there to Better Business Burea Reports showing these people have F rated offices all over the whole country. They also have only been in business in Nebraska for a few months, and none of the owners are even frome here at all!
I don't have time to argue with these swindlers so I will just live, learn, and post my review. However, if you have not had them out yet- call another company. ANY other company.
