Okay so I order a laptop for my Mom as a late Xmas present. This was waaaaaay back in January. When she gets it it doens't work so we wait forever for them to send an RMA # and even longer for them to fix it.
When they finally give me proof of shipping via a tracking number it somehow got "lost"! I told them I just wanted a refund but, that of course wasn't an option for a company inreretsed in scamming people. It is now almost June and I'm still waiting!!!!
