ZPDI ripoff business from hell San Antonio Texas
Zpdi is the company from hell. I wish I had known about this company before actually excepting a collect call. I would have never in life thought that a company would charge you $8 a minute for a collect call.
I had collect calls on my bill but not that many and not any over 5 minutes and they charged be $241.99. I tried to call the company and get my calls rerated and they hung up on me. I talked to the supervisor and she was really not helpful and then she hung up on me.
I am at my ends wit because I feel as though if your gonna charge this much for a collect call inform people first. I mean a normal collect call don't cost that much so why would anyone think that they would. This company is ridiculous and someone needs to do something about them.
