Ruth A. Gardner NYS Certified Appraiser Employed by TSI Appraisals Biased appraisal. This woman was so unprofessional as to get upset that we had a pervious appraisal from another appraiser that is employed by the same firm.. stating this is my territory. Our appraisal went from $194,000 to 167,000. She then addend repairs that would have ruined our Historic Landmark Status. Buffalo New York
In August of 2013 we had an appraisal of $240,000 It was done by an employee of TSI Appraisals of Buffalo Ny. In January our appraisal of our home located in a Ferderal Historical Landmark area of Buffalo across froma park and in the Elmwood area of Buffalo sank to $167,000. M...
