I am writing to bring attention to a distressing and serious incident involving Sean David Fenton, also known as Elijah Blake. I was invited by Mr. Fenton to serve as a model for hire at a video shoot. Upon arriving at an undisclosed Hollywood location, Mr. Fenton directed me to prepare in a designated changing area. While following his instructions, he unexpectedly entered the room, pinned me down by my arms, and proceeded to assault me sexually, covering my mouth to stifle any attempt to call for help.
During this horrific event, Mr. Fenton resorted to threats, cautioning me against speaking out by referencing a Non-Disclosure Agreement I had signed regarding the shoot. Furthermore, he warned that he would ruin my career if I disclosed this incident. To add to the gravity of this situation, I was not compensated for the shoot.
I am taking decisive action by filing criminal charges against Mr. Fenton and pursuing a lawsuit. This serves as a formal statement to raise awareness about the misconduct of this individual. Despite his later claims of being under the influence at the time, it is important for me to break my silence and seek justice for the actions inflicted upon me.
