Do not sign up for the monthly program it is a rip-off. they cannot find you a tenant or a landlord.
every available property on the list says does not accept Section 8... it's a scam! the only place to locate Section 8 is through your local Housing Authority even though they are...

WeTakeSection8.com continues to take money out account Nationwide
We take section 8 was supposed to be a one time charge. They have continued to draft money out our account for four months causing it to overdraft. We have literally had to cancel our debit card to avoid this happening again. We we notified them, they only refunded us our money ...
