1) I paid for door-to-door serivce - didn't get door-to-door service.
2) Juan - the truck driver used my car for personal use.
3) I never gave truck driver authorization to use my car for anything. Over 110 miles uses!
4) My interior smelled like cig. smoke - I don't smoke...
