I am making this complaint because the seller, after agreeing on the cost of the product and the cost of shipping, demanded additional payment for the transport.
Also what is more unacceptable is the fact that instead of sending me the goods to the port of Durres in Albania he sent it to the port of Koper in Slovenia causing me another extra cost. This case is Abusive.
