Midwester Dental Plan - Michigan Beware of LACK OF DISCLOSURE and HIDDEN FEES... My employer plan is supposed to pay for 100% of Braces and other routine work. Unfortunately, Midwestern Dental Plan does not cover Extender and other prosthetics which are common when getting braces. I ended up paying over $1200 for extenders. Had I known that this was a hidden fee or that I would pay this much for extenders, I would have looked at other dental programs.
