I am a frequent customer at this location and I've never had a problem at this location until I met Isabel Jones which is the manger at this location. I went to the island where they have nuts where the customers are allowed to try them before you buy them. I just had dental work done on my teeth and I couldn't try the nuts I saw I wanted too try at that exact moment. I literally put a few nuts in my flannel to try them later and a manger saw me. I didn't think it was a big deal. Then the manger embarrassed me in a line in front of customers and another worker at the store. Telling me I am an embarrassment to the store and I'm taking advantage of the store. I do not steal I actually have a respectable job and she made me feel like I was stealing when I literally wanted to try a few nuts before I had bought them. Then I saw her again in the store then proceeded to tell me I'm not allowed in the store. I literally did what all other customers do when they want to buy some nuts at the fill your own bag yourself dispensary. I feel very disrespect and honestly this is a huge case of character defamation. I want no one to feel this way shopping at this location. I will follow up with cooperate on this matter ASAP!

Your report makes no sense! What is a "manger"?? Yep - I think there is more to the story than you are telling.

- But since you couldn't try them until later, how exactly would you buy them? You could have just as easily waited until you came back next time and sample them at that time...right? Of course. So when you decided to "pocket" them for later the manager has no idea if you were intending to steal.
What you did is technically considered a form of Shoplifting. When they allow you to "sample" nuts they aren't saying...well go ahead and take a few for later. Sampling would be one or two at that time, not to stuff them away.
I won't go into how they reacted as we are only getting a one-sided story. But I will say that having experience many moons ago in store security. I can not tell you how many times we caught someone with everything from just a few small items to several hundred dollars of merchandise, that used words like "I have a respectable job" or "I do not steal". I am NOT saying you were stealing, just that your actions were probably not that smart and could be seen as Shoplifting.
Nothing you have posted here says there was any sort of "discrimination", and with the circumstances "defamation" seems even a bit far fetched.
