Lightinthebox.com I purchased 3 jackets from this company that did not fit and they sent the to me it was the wrong size. I tried to email them back for a refund, because they do not have any way to contact them by phone, they only wanted to refund half of my money and made it extemely hard to get that back.

Lightinthebox Company is not accountable for delivery terms entered into with customer. Company continues to extend delivery to excessive and negligent dates. Also, the shipping tracker they provide is fake. It does not update, even after 40 days. They provide no proof that the product has shipped and continue to extend the delivery date every time I've queried. Extended delivery time up to 60 days with no proof of shipment. A shipping carrier is never named only a fake tracking # They refuse to refund! Its the worst customer service where they guilt you into thinking it's a reasonable amount of time. As if I've never ordered online! They also refuse to refund. What they are doing is criminal. I want my money back. I've looked into it on Twitter and many others feel the same way I do. Company should be looked into and be held accountable for this shipping fraud they are doing to ppl. Beijing China
