 I placed a order for a dress my daughter was suppose to wear in a wedding on July 1st. I didn't see a delivery date until after the order was placed. Once I received a confirmation on when the dress was actually going to be shipped on July 1st I cancelled it on June 23rd and the next day I received an email stating the dress was shipped on June 24th. The dress never made it!! I continued to submit multiple tickets asking lightinthebox package not recieved and eventually saw a response from lightinthebox stating the dress was sent back to the company. I stated since the dress was back in their possession to refund me my money because I no longer needed the dress and now lightinthebox is telling me I am being charged for shipping and a restocking fee and will not receive a full refund. I asked lightinthebox to cancel my order before the dress was shipped so WHY am I still being charged? The fact that there is no direct customer service # is a problem for someone like me who is new to the site and do not know how submitting a ticket is suppose to work.
