Hopper Travel Booked ticket via website. Chose Business / First class. Ticket given was economy. Boston MA
I purchased a business / first class ticket via their website. The ticket given was economy plus. They refuse to do anything to correct the issue. There was no notification of the downgrade or even an attempt to contact made.
