Invigo Realty Bob Mangat - The SCAMMER Bob Mangat is a scamer and a lier. Beware!! About 4 years ago we and many others invested through his Invigo Realty Rent to Own program which is now nonexistent and has gone under. HE charged us 20,000 realtor fee which was suppose to support us through the whole rent to own contract duration but before we knew it he disappeared and emerged under a new name. So as we have been told by our lawyer we can't sue him because his old company is non existant. DONT TRUST HIM OR ANY OF HIS PROMISES.
