This is ugly stuff. How come we haven't heard from Willow Creek either confirming the report and stating that they've removed the sex offender from the property by reassigning him, or telling us that this was, in fact, wrong, and there never was a sex offender working there? It's got to be either one or the other, right? It should be fairly simple for them to do. Employee background checks don't take that long. What's the hold up, Willow Creek? We're waiting for answers.

One other item ... if you've got an "active investigation" underway, how can you be so sure it's a disgruntled former employee who's posting this information? You don't think some families have found out about this stuff?

I see you've figured out how to cut and paste. I've seen this same comment on every single posting in this website related to Willow Creek. But are taking any action related to rectifying the situation that exists at your facility? Have you re-assigned the person in question to another job site? Have you removed the threat? That's what needs to happen. Not piling threats on a whistleblower. Do the right thing and then let everyone know that you've taken care of business as you should have in the first place when this was brought to light.

Donald/Don Herman needs to do something about this immediately, before something nasty happens. Look, I'm all for giving people second chances, but it's a bad idea to have a registered sex offender around elderly people who are vulnerable and need daily assistance just to get through the day.
OK, so this guy works construction with Don Herman Construction, but really -- to have him assigned to do maintenance work at an assisted living facility shows really poor judgment. And it's against the law!
Herman needs to make sure Willow Creek is a safe place to live, and he's not doing that by making decisions like this. Our elderly need to be absolutely certain that they're in a safe place. Donald Herman, do the right thing. Assign this guy to some other project where he doesn't come into daily, private contact with the kind of people who need security and protection from someone like him. Don't be foolish! Do it before temptation takes hold and something bad happens.
