I PAID MY BILL ON THE 19TH OF APRIL AND THE BILL WAS DUE
ON THE 21ST OF APRIL 2002. MY SERVICE WAS DISCONNECT
EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE RECEIPT WITH THE DATE, TIME, AND
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON IT.
