To sum up what the previous person spoke about, CSC had some previous management issues that caused various problems for the employees, but also for the customers. Since that time, a very qualified individual has led the effort to build Comm South back to the impressive CLEC that it once was. Comm South employees are very dedicated to customer satisfaction and quality service. They are making strides to improve the customer experience and are motivated to do so. Not every customer will be satisfied all the time, but the goal is to close the gap and attempt to solve customer problems and provide him or her with the highest level of service. Pre-paid telephone companies are necessary for the budget-conscious consumer and Comm South is on the path to once again become the premier pre-paid telephone provider in the United States. CSC thanks all the loyal customers who have chosen them to be their local phone service provider.

Comm South Companies was the best phone service you could get when it first started. They had the inside track on everything. Every angle was coverd. Then the original owners sold. They sold the company to Topps Telecomm. Subsidiary of Telmex. Topps wanted to handle the company their way and didn't listen to any thing the managers or upper management had to say. They hired a President that was not qualified to handle this type of company. Every decision they made negativly affected the company. They brought on a new system and drained Commsouth of millions of it's money. T he system wasn't for what we were doing. After they destroyed Commsouth. They sold. Tucked tail and ran. After that it was too late for commsouth. Order processes were affected. Nothing worked. That is why you couldn't get good service. The system couldn't work. And as for the Company that sold Commsouth and then said they abandoned us cause we didn't know what we were doing. Thanks.

This email is an UPDATE to RipOff #4271. Comm South goes South with Customer Service (#4271) Comm South Companies (Telephone Companies) 1/23/01 (Last Modified: 1/23/01) 2/05/01 UPDATE: As of 2/01/01 I have had phone service. After I contacted you (Rip-off Report ..and badbusinessbureau.com), and got some real phone numbers to call (Customer Service) I was given service adequate to call (Quality). The Service Center's assistant called me back with my new number and told me when service would be provided. I will retain my ultimate decision on whether I would recommend the service to anyone else, but for now I am pleased. Thank you.
