Drive Financial Services Balance on my car was $20,000 two years ago. I have made 21 payments of $450 sometimes more in 2 years and it has gone down to $19,840 only $160. There custumer service people are just rude they have no respect towards your privacy, they are just disclosing information to the first person who answers the phone.
