Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I never signed up for this membership and received an email with broken links and errors that lead to nothing. Plus was credit card was charged twice for a service I know nothing about.

Here is the email they sent me:

We are very sorry for any confusion this has caused and thank you for reaching out to ACTIVE Advantage Support Team.

This charge is for a membership account.

ACTIVE Advantage is our membership program. Regarding how you signed up, when you registered for an activity, through one of our Active Network systems, you were presented with a 30-day trial offer of the Advantage program. The offer was to try the program free for 30 days and also provided you with an opportunity to claim $20 in rebates towards your future activity registrations. To start the trial you would have been required to verify (re-enter) your email address and click an offer acceptance button. Once the trial period ended your annual membership began and the annual membership fee was charged automatically.

Please see some of the benefits (but not limited to) below:

- 3rd race rebate of up to $90

- $50 from Road Runner for any pair of shoes

- Free Pair of Pro Compression Socks worth $50

- Free One-Year Magazine Subscription

- 25% off on PapaJohns Menu (estimated on 6 orders)

- 30% off ROAD ID purchase

- 3 months of TIDAL premium streaming access

Thank you,

My response back:

I still don’t know why or how I would have signed up for this. I don’t have any interest in the items you mentioned below. I know I didn’t do this.

I went back through my emails and the only email I found from your company has expired links throughout the page and even states the membership is still valid but nothing on the page can be redeemed or viewed. Why would anyone pay $89.95 a year for nothing? To get one email with expired links that leads to nothing. This membership has zero value, I have never bought anything from you, no nothing about your company, and more importantly I know this was not done by me therefore I need to a refund for these two charges.

I am still waiting to hear back. When you call their number you can't speak to anyone and they state to email them which is what I did. I also found this website which states ... This offer is backed by a 100% satisfaction money-back guarantee.

Once the trial period ends, your annual membership is in place, which costs $89.95 annually. This offer is backed by a 100% satisfaction money-back guarantee.

Here is the direct link to the site:

Now I have to see if they live up to this since it is clearly stated on their website.
