On April 24, 2020 on the Vital Depot site I ordered a trial of cream for $6.90. It also had a unit deal buy 3 get one free for $59.98. My invoice came in for the May in the amount of $89.95. I called Vital site and told them that was the wrong price it should be 66.88; they said they would adjust it next month. In the 4 weeks time I received 2 more jars of cream. I got my June bill and it had a cost of 94.90. I called Vital they told me I had signed up for a monthly bottle subscription, automatic payment.
I said no just for the 3 unit deal only. I will return the creams I do not want them I still have them in the box I need your shipping address. She told me that I could not return and that I owed her the new total of 94.90. I said no you owe me $184.85. I argued the cost were different and why she kept talking over me asking how I like the product. I said I never used it you can have it back and a refund. She ended by saying we will credit your account of $50.00. I looked on the site and the offered was even cheaper for only $19.99.
I even got scammed more out of money which I paid 26.63 plus they added a shipping protection fee of $1.95. I have already paid the May bill I am out of $89.95 which I assumed they were going to adjust my next month bill, instead they raised the bill and charged me more. At this point I am out of $184.85 for a scam. This is deceptive billing practice should be shut down.

Correction to original report: I was on Vital Depot site and a popup came up on their site name TRY COMPLEXIONMD. I since researched and this is a telemarking company with auto popups on streaming sites. The company is ADVANCED NUTRACEUTICALS. The name on my credit card is MDCOMPLEXION.
