This company offered to fix my computer issues the price started out of $275.00 and my final payment was $200.00.  It took over 6 hours for someone to start working on my computer they called me on my way to work and wanted me to reboot my compuyter, I told them I was diriving to work, he could not speak english and hung up on me, so by day three I was home in front of my computer and watch them work on it.  It was a half a** effort and they were using trial programs.  I lost data, they did really nothing that I couldn't have done myselft.  The fact that my computer was really messed up I had to reload all my programs and clean my computer.  The did not tell me there was a monthy fee of 19.95, I canceled my subscription, they did refund me 19.95 but not my initial investment.  Stay away from this company they are a RIP OFF.

We do not fix computers with just trial programs.  Actually most of the work we do is manual fixing.   The initial phone call can be somewhat lengthy explain the entire process.  This includes pricing and the monthly fee. 

 We are not sure where the Ripoff is.   We worked hours on your system.  You make reference to us losing data?  What data did we lose?  Please be specific so we can find out what happened?
