All American Gadgets Overcharge of product and non-communication Newport Beach California
On July 13, 2019 I ordered a Washer Fairy for advertised price of $19.99. I paid with my PayPal account. They chaged me $159.76 and an additional $149.95 for a warranty. I did not get the product for a month. When I investigated how to get a refund and return this item, I was unable to reach them by phone. They continued to say they could not take my call at this time and hung up.
I called a various times of the day. They wouldn't reply to my email requesting an RMA (return merchandise authorization). I tried getting help from PayPal but was denied as the company provided a tracking number confirming that the merchandise was delivered. According to the return policy I have 60 days from receipt of merchandise to get a refund and yet they are virtually impossible it reach.
This is a scam of epic proportions! Website search say the company is now inactive. There are several addresses: Newport Beach Ca., Florida, and my product shipped from Las Vegas. I totally got ripped off! What can we do???
