A truly nightmarish company, these issues started in the fall of 2023 when the fridge in a guest bedroom failed. Multiple techs were dispatched, and the repair was APPROVED in writing.
Over the Christmas break, the team that approved the request was on a long break.
The next communication was that they were going back to their ORIGINAL diagnosis, that the fridge was not covered as it was not a covered applaince. Except that the 2nd tech to come look at it SPOKE to AHS, explained it was a food fridge, not a wine fridge AND the repair was APPROVED.
Now, after getting the BBB involved, AHS has come up with a NEW reason to try to deny the repair: my use of the phrase GUEST HOUSE. They now claim that guest houses are not at all covered. This is a single family residence, with an ATTACHED/under same roof guest quarters. Not a separate address, not a separate property, same alarm system, etc.
Grasping at every straw to denyt a claim that IN WRITING, they said they owed it to me to satisfy. I will attached their lies to this as allowed.
The BBB and FTC are involved.
