  Regarding:  Very Serious Complaint!   Dear Peller Estates Winery and/or Andrew Peller Limited Executive:   Good morning or good afternoon to You!   How is your day today in sunny Niagara-On-The-Lake, Ontario  Canada and/or wherever else You are in the World?   My day could be going much better, thank you, except due to the Fact that back on Friday, July 5th, 2024, I was taken by my friend Rob who lives in Niagara Falls, Ontario  Canada to enjoy a Proper Wine Tour Which Includes Wine Tasting Like They Do In Napa Valley, California And ALL Of Argentina Where I Just Came Back From In Promoting Their Tourism On My Youtube Channel And Google Maps For The Past Year!   Your Very Expensive Winery Charged ME $50.00 Dollars Just To Walk In There, Get A Tour And Try Some Very Small Samples Of Wine Which Was Beyond Ridiculous!   The Tour Guide was Karen By The Way Who Was Extremely Rude And Inconsiderate Towards ME Because When I Got There, I Wanted To Make A Video Like I Do At All Of The Wineries In Argentina When I Am Down There Promoting Their Tourism, However, Karen, Your Tour Guide Tells ME Right On My Video (Which I Can Share With You For Proof) Something Like I Am Not Allowed To Film and/or I Do Not Wish To Be Filmed (Which Was A d**n LIE Coming From Her Mouth)!   This Kind Of Verbal Torture And Harassment Is Beyond Unprofessional And Unacceptable In The Tourism World Since Everybody Coming Into Your Winery Is Taking Pictures And Making Videos And Karen Knows This For A Fact!   However, I Was The Only Person In Her Tour Group That Karen Told This To And Nobody Else!   Therefore When The Rest Of The Guests Were Taking Pictures And Making Videos Which Included Karen In Them, She Said Nothing Back To Offend Them!  ONLY To ME!  Simply Amazing!   In Addition:  When The Tour Was Over, Karen, The Tour Guide Who Did Not Like ME Purposely And Deliberately Set ME Up In Your Gift Shop Where She Ended Her Tour To Have ME Further Harassed By One (1) Of Your Indian Employees Who Asked ME If I Am Filming When I Am A d**n Tourism Promoter, However, This Man From Your Gift Shop Did NOT Ask Any Of The Other Guests From My Group If They Were Filming, Nor Taking Pictures!   I Was Therefore Not Only Harassed, But Singled Out Because Karen Did Not Like ME!   Please Note:  If You Do Not Believe ME, Then Please Kindly Review The Video Footage In Your Gift Shop When Our Tour Was Over Back On Friday, July 5th, 2024 And You Will See The Interaction Between Your Male, Indian Employee And MYSELF!     Please Note:  I Was Not Rude To Your Male, Indian Employee; I Simply Told Him That I Am Allowed To Film And/Or Take Pictures Of The Winery Tour Just Like The Rest Of The Paid Guests And Then I Quietly Left The Winery To Get My Ride Out Of There!   I am Very Angry And Upset Over This Below The Level and/or Below The Line Experience At Your Peller Estates Winery and/or Andrew Peller Limited That I Want My Full Money Back To My Credit Card, Or Else I Will Dispute The Charge For The Beyond Harassment And Torture That I Had Just Experienced During My Visit At Your Winery Back On Friday, July 5th, 2024.   In Addition:  I Will Be Publishing Negative Reviews About This Horrific Experience On to Social Media Which Includes Being Featured And Posted On The Following Websites:   Google Maps Facebook Instagram SiteJabber Better Business Bureau RipOffReport.com   Please NOTE:  If I Were In Argentina, I Would Never Have This Kind Of Low Level And Disgusting Experience!   If You would like to contact ME back directly in order to discuss my letter of Very Serious Complaint in further detail, then please contact ME at:  Voice/Messages/Text:  (323) 399-3342.   You may also email ME back at:  [email protected] or [email protected].   I am more than looking forward to hearing back from You with a Positive Response some time in the very near future.   Thank you.   Sincerely yours,           Howard Paul Shore Angry, Upset, Pissed Off And Harassed Peller Estates Winery And/Or Andrew Peller Limited Customer   /HPS
