TWO SISTERS VINEYARDS 240 John Street East Niagara-On-The-Lake, Ontario  Canada  L0S 1J0 (913) 451-1402   Regarding:  Very Serious Complaint!   Dear Two Sisters Vineyards Executive:   Good morning or good afternoon to You!   How is your day today in sunny Niagara-On-The-Lake, Ontario  Canada and/or wherever else You are in the World?   My day could be going much better, thank you, except due to the Fact that back on Friday, July 5th, 2024, I was taken by my friend Rob who lives in Niagara Falls, Ontario  Canada to get a Proper Wine Tour Which Includes Wine Tasting Like They Do In Napa Valley, California And ALL Of Argentina Where I Just Came Back From In Promoting Their Tourism On My Youtube Channel And Google Maps For The Past Year!   When I got there, I was Scammed To Pay $35.00 Dollars To Taste Just Four (Less Than Half Way Filled Up Glasses Of Wine) and NO Tour!   This Was Beyond Disgusting, but A d**n Fraud And Scam!   This Would Never Happen Anywhere In Argentina Or [Napa Valley, California] Which Also Happens To Be In The State That I Live In!   Yes, I Did Complain About It and was Only Told That I Supposedly Missed The Tour!   What The Hell Do You Mean That I Missed The Tour When The d**n Tour Is Supposed To Be The Main Feature Of Why People Come Out To Visit The Winery And During The Tour, They Get To Taste The Wines!   Sadly, This Did Not Happen During My Visit And I Want My Money Back For This Scam Operation Before I Publish Very, Negative, Public Reviews Along With Hash Tags On To Social Media Which Will Include Being Featured On:   Google Maps Facebook Instagram SiteJabber Better Business Bureau RipOffReport.com   I Will Also Dispute The Charges As Well With The Credit Card Company For Fraud Since I Did Not Get What I Paid For!  Obviously!   In Fact:  If I Were In Argentina, Most Of The Wineries Don't Even Charge To Visit Them, but If They Did, The Tour And Wine Tasting Would Certainly Be Included In One (1) Single Package!   With All Of The Money You Make At $35.00 Dollars Per Person, You Are Telling ME That You Can Not Afford To Provide A Proper Tour With The Wine Tasting?   Are You Seriously Crazy Or Something?   Shame On You In How You Steal The Customer's Money And Provide NO Proper Tour!   This Once Again, Never Happens In Argentina Or Napa Valley, California Where I Have Been As Well!   I am very angry and upset over Your Scam and Want A Complete Refund For NO TOUR Provided Before I Contact Visa!   If You would like to contact ME back directly in order to discuss my letter of Very Serious Complaint in further detail, then please contact ME at:  Voice/Messages/Text:  (323) 399-3342.   You may also email ME back at:  [email protected] or [email protected].   I am more than looking forward to hearing back from You with a Positive Response some time in the very near future.   Thank you.   Sincerely yours,           Howard Paul Shore Angry, Upset And Pissed Off Ripped Off And Scammed Customer   /HPS
