Duemand Edwards, the property manager of Antrorse Capital Investments failed to pay me the amount of the first months rent as a referral fee in section A of our contract. He has not only breached our contract, but has ignored every further notices I have sent him as well as his business partner, Scott Marcelo. As of right now, he owes me $725, which is 50% of the first months rent.
