Bad customer service, little to no communication, untimely feedback on status of transport, delayed response times.
Please note, totally disappointed with the service provided and do not appreciate the snippie attitude when I tried to salvage my transport. We try to take care of our business and need firm, even if target dates to keep our schedule. I planned with them over a month in advance, so this was a total failure as I see it. Appears they were constantly low balling as I know no one would accept a transport that low ($400) all the way to Florida. They stated they have been doing this job for over 30 years so they should have known better and priced more competitively.
