Washington, D.C. resident Susan Rubin ran a fraudulent campaign on GoFundMe from November 2023 through March 2024.. She ran the campaign in collaboration with NYC Midtown East dentist and infomercial quack Jennifer Jablow.. Rubin launched a GoFundMe campaign related to my dog, BabyLady, whom I had adopted out to her on December 13, 2023.. Rubin then just disappeared—no updates, no communication, nothing, as agreed upon. I will leave my contact information at the bottom of this report.

BabyLady was rescued off the streets of Puerto Rico in the summer of 2018.. I took over the case as I was living in Puerto Rico at the time. I nursed BabyLady back to health and spent the next six years with her, mostly in Florida, after I moved back to the States in March 2019.. BabyLady is the love of my life.. Susan Rubin is the worst thing that has ever happened to my family and wolfpack.

I didn’t find out about Rubin's scam campaign until mid-February 2024.. In fact, she had launched the campaign in November 2023—one month before I even gave her BabyLady. It was a premeditated scheme to defraud.

Rubin used the before-and-after rescue pictures of another dog, not in her possession and having nothing to do with BabyLady. The name of that dog is Mookie. I also rescued him in Puerto Rico.. He is here in Florida with me now. Rubin pawned Mookie's pictures off to her donors on GoFundMe as if it was BabyLady, and that the before-and-after transformation pictures were from her rescue efforts. Yet, all of this took place in Puerto Rico, and Rubin lives in Washington, D.C.. She did this to deceive donors and drive donations higher. She also lied about BabyLady's physical condition. Rubin was asking for donations so BabyLady could 'walk again.' However, I had BabyLady for six years. She was walking and running with me and the pack just fine throughout those years.

On March 6th, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., after realizing the magnitude of Rubin's deception and fraud, I published a massive feature story exposing her fraudulent campaign on GoFundMe. Within a few weeks, Rubin's campaign was investigated. She then took down her profile picture and changed the name associated with the campaign.

I will have a follow-up story regarding Rubin's false report call to 311 Broward on March 6th, 2024, at 4:23 p.m. She was caught on a recorded line for 12 minutes. In the meantime, the full story regarding Rubin's fraudulent campaign on GoFundMe is below. In the article, I have enclosed images, emails, text messages, videos, recordings, and many source links.
