EDITOR’S COMMENT (06/02/2020):  Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses.  Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way!  Unfortunately this Report was posted and, upon additional information, appears to have been primarily for the purpose of bullying or harassment.  In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information.  In other instances, enough information is provided to Ripoff Report to warrant redactions without reaching out to the author.  Ripoff Report is working to combat tactics that are perceived to be cyberharassment, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and/or what is generally considered a “revenge post” as we do not condone such behavior.

I had the unfortunate experience of working with (((REDACTED))) and I can tell you that my experience was beyond belief and dissatisfaction. I cant tell you how many times (((REDACTED))) told me he had done something and it never happened. The amount of excuses he had every time was just so overwhelming that anyone would simply lose their mind if given this situation. This was a simple tenant landlord suite where a tenant ending up owing me money for unpaid rent and damage to the property.

For almost an entire year (((REDACTED))) had different reasons as to why this filing was not done. (((REDACTED))) kept telling me 10 days and we would be sitting in a court. Yet every time I would ask him if he filed he would always have a reason as to why he had not filed and that he would file this day or the next day….. He always said don't worry I am filing and yet nothing was ever filed with the court. I put a lot of my plans on hold waiting for (((REDACTED))) to file and handle this case and other cases that ended in disaster simply because he did not do what he said he would do.

My experience with (((REDACTED))) is he is a liar and if you are considering hiring him get something in writing that gives you milestones so that it ensures he does what he says. I have had lots of experiences when it comes to attorneys and I can certainly say I would not recommend (((REDACTED))) to anyone who cares about the outcome of a case.
