Ball House Charged my card, but never send the product
On 6/25/19 I purchased Dog DNA Kit for $55 from Ball House store, Received confirmation email w trcking # It was suppose to arrive on 7/3/19 have not receive it. When tracking the package it shows "was delivered on 7/3/19 to different city and diferent last name" When contacting Ball House by email ( only point of contact provided), no responce , nothing!!!
UPS does not have my name or address on the tracking # provided. They did not have any pacckages send to me from Ball Haouse. It is a scam !!!!!
