Beaver Supply (Nichols) Went to Beaver Supply to get prices on paint today. Young lady took me over to the paints and I asked how much it was and she said $29. The man who owns the store said to me that will be $42. When I brought this up then said I will no longer buy anything in here, he arrogantly replied Ripping off your neighbors. Beaver Oklahoma
Went to Beaver Supply to get prices on paint today. Young lady who is a friend of mine took me ver to the paints and I told her what is was looking for. She found it and I asked how much it was, she then looked at the shelf price and said $29. The seemed good so she it up and we went to the checkout. The man with the beard who owns the stor said that will be $42.
I asked the girl how much did you tell me and she repeated $29. The owner said he could not help that cause it just the way it is and he would not honor the advertised price. He pointed out a piece of typing paper taped to the cabinet that the prices change daily (which is a lie) and their too busy to change the prices.
Knowing that people will not see that paper when entering the store he considers it his disclaimer for ripping people off. When I mentioned all of this then said I will no longer buy anything in here, He arrogantly replied "fine". This is a very small town and this guy is part of a few more business owners who see no problem in ripping off their customers and neighbors.
