Benson Arizona Walmart: Trying to find out what to do about picking up my online order?

This store does not answer the phone. I have called back (5) times and nobody picks up the phone at the courtesy desk and after the music for 10 to 15 minutes the phone just hangs up on you that is very poor customer service.
There is absolutely No customer service at Walmart in Benson Arizona because nobody picks up the phone and a salesperson and another department answered the phone and she did not know because there's No management in the Benson Arizona store and most people walk around like their heads are in the clouds this doesn't happen in other stores that has proper management.
But for Now on I will shop the Tucson store or the Sierra Vista store where they value their customers and provide them the basic service that you need when you shop and you spend $575 in their store a week. How the Hell can the Walmart corporate office allow a store to be run this dysfunctionally?
The store needs to replace all of their management and customer service. This will be the last time I order at Walmart online and/or shop Walmart store in Benson Arizona. I will now be shopping on Amazon for Now on...There is No customer service at the Benson Arizona Walmart; it is not even worth your headache trying to buy something from Walmart.
