Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Sent inexperienced movers, overcharged me, no customer service, no phone call, I was a third time customer but treated as if I was no longer important. I had a flood in my apartment so I had to move, I contacted Big Boys Moving since I have used them twice before (one time from 33511 to 33615 and the next from 33615 to 33578) with no issues. This time I did not receive a phone call that they were coming or on way, they sent two guys who told me they had less than a month experience combined, I was charged for 6 hours to move to an exact same size apartment from the one I was in, in the SAME complex less than a half mile, then after the fact they put through an additional $129 without prior authorization! When I moved from Town n Country to this same apartment complex 3 years ago in Riverview with the same exact furniture, plus traveling which was NOT involved in this move since it was in same complex, last time my charge was around $600, this time in SAME complex with same furniture and boxes was $873.00 then additional charge unauthorized of $129.00 for a total of $1,002 for a one bedroom apartment! A rep from Big Bioys called me two days later late in the day, I told her the move was horrible and not the guys fault because of their inexperience but it was management's fault for sending two inexperienced guys with no supervision, I explained the cost difference (this was before I knew about the $129 extra that was charged) and no travel time and how I was ripped off, she said, "I'll note it in the file" and that was it, absolutely no intention of making any restitution for me being overcharged for the same exact furniture to same exact size apartment. I told her I was a third time customer and maybe their company got too big for their britches and repeat customers are not important any longer, she did not have a comment for that. In the past the owner (I believe) called me personally, not this time. He didn't even call after I complained to this lady.

Their customer service and work ethic has gone down the drain. They don't care about customer satisfaction all they care about is MONEY, that is the bottom line. I was ripped off by them and do not feel I should have been charged $873, (then an additional unauthorized $129 which I am disputing with credit card company) because they sent two inexperienced guys who could not move me in the same amount of time as my two previous moves, it is unprofessional and worst customer service ever. One more item, when I saw the two "kids" (movers) walking around looking lost outside I went out and asked if they were the moving company, he said, "Yes, didn't he call you? He told me he called you". I told him I was not called by anyone at Big Boys Moving, later on he said to me, "Oh, he just told me he forgot to call you".  Looking for some type of restitution from $873.00 to $600 which was initial overcharge; since I am disputing the $129 extra with credit card company I cannot include that amount in this report.
