Booking.com Did not honor low price match guarantee Amsterdam NH
We had booked a reservation via booking.com and found 1 day before arrival the hotel price was lower on the booking.com website, as well as the hotel's website and 2 other competitors. I had notified booking.comof the lower price and sent them 4 screenshots as proof. 24 hours later they replied that upon checking the websites the hotel price was not lower, which I disputed because it was now the 4th of july, a national holiday. Should they have looked the day before it would have proven my case. It didn't matter to Booking.com, they will not pay the $30 difference. They are not standing by their own price match guarantee.

Nothing, nothing, nothing has changed in the reservations business. If you want to stay at a hotel, you CALL THEM DIRECTLY and make your own reservation. These trashy third parties, which includes ALL OF THEM try to CON YOU into thinking they have some "special connections" and they can get it cheaper which is a bunch of BS! Their goal is to get you on the hook, then get you to to cancel the reservation. The hotel refunds YOUR MONEY to them and they KEEP YOUR MONEY! That is the con-game they all play. Sometimes they will even make the reservation different from what you said you wanted in order to entice you to cancel so they can KEEP YOUR MONEY, such as you want an upper floor and they deliberately book it for a ground floor. These third parties are ALL trash and are a choking on the stench of their deception. They love having an inexperienced traveler call them because they are an easy mark. Again, never ever, ever, ever ever use ANY third party reservation trash to do what YOU can do by yourself and do directly. ALL the third parties and their employees SMELL from the stench of their con-game. NOBODY NEEDS ANY OF THESE THIRD PARTIES.
