CAMPOS SOL RELOCATION LLC (Filing ID:L21000056408) moved me twice in the last 8 months. Once occurred in November of 2023, where he moved my family out of our home in Miami. He moved the contents of our home to a local storage facility in Miami, FL, whereabouts unknown. Then on April 3, 2024, he came back and moved more contents out of the same home, merged it with the previous contents, and brought it all up to North Carolina. All moves were handled by Felix Campos Jr.
In the process of the two moves, multiple contents were damaged and a large item, our dining room table, specifically the giant top slab of wood, was misplaced.
Right when the furniture came off the truck, we noticed an expensive entry table was damaged and Felix acknowledged that he would help with that once we had resolve on the cost. This item can not be repaired and the cost of replacement is $1,398 + tax + delivery.
We were gone for over a month after the initial move as work needed to be done on the home, and upon returning to the home, we slowly moved everything in from the basement to its respective place in the home. At this point, I contacted Felix about the missing table. It is a pottery barn table. Sadly though, he had little to say regarding what was lost, questioning if it had actually been lost, which is disheartening since we have used him as a mover in the past and you think that would actually account for something. The table has a cost of $2,299 + tax + delivery.
On top of these there were other items badly damaged or destroyed. A Sonos speaker, a Tiffany piggy bank, and another furniture piece which I was able to rebuild. The movers stacked weights and countless other heavy other objects head to toe in wardrobe boxes. Just badly organized chaos.
In reaching out to Felix Campos, at phone number (678)641-1317 to report the problems, he was reluctant to help or fairly settle in any way. He doesn't seem to carry proper insurance and has not interest in helping when things go wrong.
