I feel they are scaming people because of what they call a non refundable Carvana transport fee.  often a couple thousand dollars.  This is charged the minute you agree to purchase a vechical from Carvana.  The vechical was not moved or even looked at.

Ripoffreport Report Image

I was told by a Carvana represenative this fee is non refundable even after a couple of minutes while they were reviwing my documents and I had already transfered the funds to Carvana.  I had an out of state vechical that was titled in a family members name who is serving in the military and deployed.  Over the next week we uploaded to Carvana all the docments and our drivers lincese photos front and back and doceusigned Carvanas forms.

I was informed 2 hours before delivery that Carvana was not deliverying my new car because my brother was not available to sign Carvanas trade in paperwork for Connecticut.  Carvana seemed to have never done business in Connecticut but felt they were still entitled to there non refundable fees.  This was suspposed to have been taken care of the week in advance thru multable e-mails, texts and phone conversations with Carvana.  I think this Carvana has a very dishonest approach and is really only trying to sell auto financing and auto insurance they push this at every turn of there purchasing process.

It’s funny that you think a motor vehicle is a major purchase. To me it’s only a form of transportation but you sound like a used car sales person who’s had a few to many drinks before climbing on this site.

You Have BIGGER Problems

You bought this car with the GOAL of having good, reliable transportation, right? Here's how you go about it: You buy a car you've NEVER test driven; NEVER heard the engine run; NEVER felt the transmission shift; NEVER checked for body, fit and finish; NEVER checked for fluid leakage; NEVER checked the tires; NEVER felt the brakes work; NEVER checked for glass damage; NEVER checked for interior damage; NEVER checked each and every accessory for proper operation. Certainly in your area there are dealers where you could do all these things but using your level of "COMMON SENSE", you decide to buy some USED CAR sight unseen on the internet!!! Where do you people with such an incredibly low level of COMMON SENSE come from? Maybe you're a part of the current generation? You people who come here to cry, whine and stomp your feet over problems YOU CAUSE are simply hilarious! When you go outside today, why not put on a blindfold and walk out into traffic. In your dying breath, you can blame the vehicle which hit you. Yes sir...ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!
