Stay away from this company. They advertised low monthly rates for home alarm monitoring but then bait and switch you into high price monthly rate as soon as possible without notifying you. They email you numerous false invoices to try to get customers who are not paying attention to new charges on their credit cards to pay for services they never provided.

They have so many “junk fees” that they can easily raise a bill from $25 to over a $1,200 in just a few months. On my prepaid annual service, they charged me late fees, credit card fees, leasing fees (when there was no leased equipment), equipment refurbishing fees on fictitious equipment that I never had, and then threaten you with a $500 collection fee if you refuse to pay the disputed fees.

They have the worst customer service headed by Ben Price who is very unprofessional. Read reviews online and BBB complaints and you will see they have a long history of unsavory business practices designed to scam you as fast as possible.

The Company makes it impossible for you to cancel your contract without paying the outrageous disputed fees and have a policy of no refunds. This allows them to continue charging you up to $250/ month whether you get a service or not. Every answer they provide to a customer question is our “Terms and Conditions” allow us to charge you this fee whether you use our services or not. Total BS.
