On 4/28/2022 I ordered 2 rifle clips. I received them and 1 was defective. I called imediately to report it and was refered to the manufacturer for a return label. After several failed attempts to go through Pro Mag (the manufacturer and them NOT providing the label, I returned to the seller. They told me to keep trying.
I finally got them to email a return label. I returned the defective clip and a couple weeks later received the replacement. It was also defective. This was Saturday, May 21. I left a message immediately. I knew it was a weekend and did not expect a callback until Monday. I called several times, while they were opened Monday and only got their answering machine.
I've tried everyday since then, leaving a message each day. and have not gotten a call back. I spoke to Classic Firearms again this morning and after explaining the situation and telling them I would have to file a credit card dispute they provided an email for Pro Mag.
I sent the email outlining my problem and requesting a return shipping label. Classic Firearms sells these clips with a lifetime warranty but will not even insure you receive a working clip before going to the manufacturer nor assist when that doesn't work.
